Managing Director
Mathieu is a dynamic and passionate Mauritian entrepreneur. In 2015 he completed a BA in Economics and Social Administration in Montpellier, France and decided from there to settle back in Mauritius.
Mathieu is also the President of AALSIM, the Trade Association for the local Holiday Rentals industry, and cofounder and director of FoodWise, a social entreprise fighting against food waste.

Director
Harold has a 30 years career as the CEO of a truly global operation. His exposure and experience have helped him build a privileged network of quality relationships within the Mauritius Private & Public sectors. Harold serves today as Managing Director of Horizon Property Partners, Executive Chairman of Horizon Group, Chairman of Omnicane, Co-Chairman of Lovebridge and Director at Winner’s and CIEL Group.

BAX DE KEATING
Director
Sebastien is an entrepreneur passionate about the Real Estate industry. In 2008, he co-founded Horizon and firmly established the reputation of the Group on the local market by dealing with Mauritian and foreign property owners. He then specialised in the development of high-end projects and launched the Projects & Property Development cluster of the group in 2017, Horizon Projects.
Gregory
MAYER
Director
Gregory is a charted accountant (CPA). He holds a Bcom in Accounting & Finance from The University of Western Australia and a MSc from Accouting from Boston College, USA. After two years working in Boston, USA, Gregory returns to Mauritius and joins Horizon Properties, a property management company, which he heads today.
